Highland: Perfectly adapted to the cold climates of the Scottish Highlands with their shaggy coats and curved horns
Belted Galloway: Hardy cattle with a distinctive white belt, known for their resilience in harsh climates
Hereford: Their rust-coloured bodies and white faces are a symbol of strength in beef farming
Holstein Friesian: Dairy giants, producing large quantities of milk - known worldwide for their black-and-white markings
